P = Parity code, see Parity bits, below

I = ID bit, 0=Schlage 1050 card, 1=Hughes ID card (used to eliminate Schlage/HID duplicates)

C = Card number, 25 bits, 0-33,554,431

Wiegand format note: Bit one is the first bit transmitted and bit 32 is the last. Bit 2 is the most significant

digit of the facility code for the 1030 and 1040 cards and the most significant bit of the cards number for the

1050 card number.
